Debra Sizemore, Office Manager
Debra has worked in the eye care industry since 1998 and currently serves as Davis Optometry’s Office Manager and Medical Billing Consultant. Debra has been with us since 2011. She has been happily married to her husband Marty for 17 years and they have two children, Jordyn and Jonathan. In her free time she enjoys camping and the beach with her family.

Shelia Martin, Optometric Technician
Shelia has been employed with Davis Optometry Group since 2005. She has 2 children, Marques and Abrielle. She and her children are active members in their church. Shelia enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, and the movies.
Tracey Culbreth, Optometric Technician
Tracey joined Davis Optometry as an Optometric Technician in Februrary 2014. She lives in Graceville with her husband Neil and her three children, Trevor, Bryson and Julie. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, and spending time in the outdoors with her family.
Brooke Whitfield, Optometric Consultant
Brooke has been employed at Davis Optometry since March of 2014. Brooke and her husband Zach are expecting a baby boy January 2015. When not working she enjoys; spending time with family and making crafts she finds on Pinterest.
Cynthia Grimsely, Optician
Cynthia has been employed at Davis Optometry since February of 2013, and has been employed in the optical field since 2011. Cynthia and her husband Joe have 5 children, Chris, Joe, Michael, Ellie and Gracie. In her spare time she enjoys reading, watching college football and spending time with family.
Josie Traylor, Appointment Coordinator
Josie joined Davis Optometry in July 2014. She graduated from Florida Panhandle Technical College. She is getting married in March 2015 to James Hodges. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 1-year-old German shepherd “Piper” and with family.
Yalanda Tharp, Receptionist
Yalanda joined Davis Optometry Group in 2011 and greets our patients with a friendly smile as they check in. She is a native of Indiana but has been a Cottondale resident for 22 years where she is an active member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. In her spare time Yalanda enjoys reading, spending time with her family and Christmas shopping all year long.
